There is little known about the Puppet Master's family, his history, or any other such thing resembling it. It is as though he merely appeared from somewhere. He has many different stories about how he came to be, but only he knows the real thing...

Dolls. We all know them. We see them every day. They can be those plastic dolls, the ones you find oddly interesting, or those fearsome porcelain dolls that stare at you every minute of the day. They can be sweet or terrifying, they can bring you enjoyment or terror, but we all know one thing: we are attracted to dolls. They are there for us, and we desire them.

This is very true for the dear Puppet Master, whom you will someday meet. Perhaps you walk into his shop one day, the one that shouldn't be in that mural, hidden in the painting, the one that says "Perfection." Perhaps, by chance, he finds you interesting, and you find his dolls intriguing. You and your friends, whom you bring in later, all desire one of his wonderful dolls. You say they look so life-like, so real...how could you not want any of them? They're so beautiful to you...they seem to draw you in...seem to make you want to join them...

The Puppet Master looks at you, a smile on his face. He welcomes you to buy one of them, his hands out, motioning all around. "Take one. Enjoy them. Perhaps, if you love them...you will join them..."

I want this: The Puppet Master (me) is a very well-known serial killer, called the Ventriloquist. No one has any idea of whom he is, but they know how he does his murders, the evidence is always easily seen. The murders are done as follows: he leaves the person alive while he works on the murders, snapping their spines with a pair of garden shears and making them into "living dolls." He takes their flesh and creates new dolls from it, dolls that win the most wonderful prizes. During a contest, he spies a male character (whomever responds to this), whom he immediately wants as his own. He doesn't want him for a doll, he wants him as he is. He wants him to love him. The bad thing is, the character has a boyfriend, the chief of police, who is searching for the Ventriloquist. The Puppet Master has no choice but to kidnap the one he loves, to keep him alive and share him with his "children" (the dolls). But will the other love him in return?
